From your first search to picking up your keys, we try to keep things clear and move at a reasonable pace — no chasing us for updates, no vague answers about your application. Listings are kept accurate, so what you see is what you’ll get at the viewing.
And once you’ve moved in, we’re still here — for maintenance issues, tenancy questions, or anything else that comes up along the way.
Browse current listings online or tell us your budget and requirements and we’ll flag suitable properties as they come up.
Arrange a viewing at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends where possible.
A clear, fair referencing process covering identity, right to rent, income and previous landlord references.
Sign your tenancy agreement, review the inventory together, and collect your keys.
Report repairs by phone, email or our online form — urgent issues like heating or leaks are prioritised.
Simple, consistent monthly rent payments with reminders if a due date is approaching.
Questions about your tenancy, renewals, or anything else — we’re reachable throughout, not just at move-in.
A check-out inspection against the original inventory, with your deposit returned promptly once everything’s confirmed.
Browse current listings or tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll do the searching for you.

Sign your tenancy agreement, pay your deposit and first month’s rent, and collect your keys.
Typically five weeks’ rent for tenancies under £50,000 a year, in line with the Tenant Fees Act. Your deposit is registered with a government-approved scheme and the exact amount is confirmed before you apply.
We may ask for a holding deposit (capped at one week’s rent) to reserve a property while referencing is completed. It’s put towards your first month’s rent or refunded if your application isn’t successful through no fault of your own.
Proof of identity, right to rent in the UK, proof of income or employment, and where possible a reference from a previous landlord. If your circumstances make standard referencing difficult, ask us — a guarantor can often help.
It depends on the individual landlord and property. Where pets are permitted, this will be stated clearly on the listing, and we’ll confirm any conditions before you apply.
This depends on your tenancy agreement, but it’s typically one month’s written notice for a periodic tenancy. Check your specific agreement or ask us directly, as break clauses and notice periods can vary.
